Who is ePrintFast ?

ePrintFast is a high quality, full service online printer. We have the best prices in the industry for full-color professional offset printing.

Our large selection of printed products include: Business Cards, Postcards, Flyers, Brochures and more.

We have over 15 years in the print industry. With the most up to date printing equipment our knowledge and experience can help you with all of your online printing needs.

How do I set-up an Account ?

Click “Signup” at the top of the page and fill out the registration form.

How do I place an Order ?

Log in to your Account and select your product. Upload your PDF file and select check out to complete your order.

How do I prepare my PDF file ?

Your PDF file should be 300 dpi in CMYK color mode with 1/16” bleed on all sides.

Images and fonts should be embedded or linked. Multiple page products should be prepared as one PDF file with multiple pages.

For example a 2 sided postcard will be 1 PDF file with 2 pages.

How long will my order take ?

Most printing takes 2 to 3 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the method chosen and your delivery location.

Cut-off time for orders is 12pm est.

What Shipping service do you provide ?

All orders are shipped by UPS.

What types of payments will you take ?

We accept AMX, VISA & Mastercard.

How do I register for an account ?

Click on the “Signup/Login” button at the top right of the page to register with eprintfast.com online.

How do I place an order ?

After you have logged into eprintfast.com simply choose your product, upload your PDF files and check out.

Which currency are your prices ?

Prices are in US and Canadian Dollars.

How are my products printed ?

Your printing is produced on our state of the art offset or digital offset (ink) printing presses.

What is your turnaround time for orders ?

Turnaround time is two to three business days for printing for most jobs. Shipping time is additional and depends on the shipping method chosen and your delivery location.

What type of payment do you accept ?

We accept VISA & Mastercard.

Do you have any tips or guidelines for file preparation ?

Yes. Please follow these suggestions when preparing your artwork for printing.

1) 0.125" total bleed all around (0.0625" for each side) is required.
2) All images must be cmyk at 300 dpi.
3) Embed or outline all fonts.
4) Embed all images.
5) Multiple page documents should be prepared as one PDF file with multiple pages. (example: 2 sided flyer is a 2 page PDF)
6) Multiple pages should be Head to Head
7) Make high res PDF from your file.
8) Make sure overprint is turned off in your file

What is head to head ?

The 'Head' is the top of a page. When setting up the psges for your artwork, the first and second page of your multi-page PDF should be in the same direction.

What type of files do you accept ?

We strongly recommend high resolution (300 dpi) PDF files.

What is overprint, and how can it ruin my file ?

Overprinting refers to the process of printing one colour on top of another. If you do not want this to happen make sure that the overprint option in turned off in your document.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email ?

We will email an order confirmation containing the job and order number. Please use these numbers when inquiring about your order.

How to combine two or more PDF files to create a multi-page PDF ?

In Adobe Acrobat choose 'Combine Files' from the File menu. Then choose the files you would like to combine and follow the steps.

How do I outline versions of my fonts in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator ?

Select your text box. Then from the Type menu select 'Create Outlines'.

What is your cancellation and credit policy?

We are able to cancel a job as long as it has not yet entered production. To cancel an order, send an email to info@eprintfast.com or phone us at 1-888-907-5550. Be sure to include your order number(s).

For orders that are cancelled, ePrintFast will issue a credit voucher that can be used on future orders. The same applies to situations where an order’s specifications are downgraded, resulting in an amount owing to the customer. Vouchers are active for six months after their initial activation.
