Hints on file preparation
1) 0.125" total bleed all around (0.0625" for each side) is required.
2) All images must be cmyk at 300 dpi.
3) Embed or outline all fonts.
4) Embed all images.
5) Multiple page documents should be prepared as one PDF file with multiple pages. (example: 2 sided flyer is a 2 page PDF)
6) Make high res PDF from your file.

How to prepare your file as PDF for print from Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and QuarkXpress?
Save as high resolution PDF/X-4 or PDF/X-1 file directly from Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or QuarkXpress. Or use Sina Lite's PDF Joboption to be more precise.

How to save your file to print from Adobe Photoshop?
Make sure your colour mode is CMYK. Save as PDF or tiff from Adobe Photoshop with selected disregard layers under layers compression.

What is head to head?
As you see it is self explanatory. Front or page one should be as you see on your monitor and page should be positioned the same way.

What type of files do you accept?
We strongly recommend high resolution PDF files. Read more on how to prepare PDF files. However, we accept the following file formats; Adobe Illustrator (.ai and .eps), Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop (.tiff, .jpg and flattened .psd) and MicroSoft Word.

What is overprint, and how can it ruin my file?
Overprinting refers to the process of printing one colour on top of another. If you do not want this to happen make sure that the overprint option in turned off in your document.

How to prepare your file to print a book?
Save your artwork as a single page spread PDF/X-4 or PDF/X-1 with bleed. The best is to use Sina's PDF Joboption to produce flawless DPF. Click here to read more on how to used Sina's PDF Joboption. The file for an 8pg book should contain 8 pages. Click here to download templates.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail containing the job and order number. Please use these numbers when inquiring about your order.

How to embed a image or images in your file?
Adobe InDesign: Window > Links Choose the image you want to embed from the list and click on the arrow and select "Embed File". Adobe Illustrator: Window > Links Choose the image you want to embed from the list and click on the arrow and select "Embed Image".

How to combine two or more PDF files to create a multi-page PDF?
Choose Combine Files from File menu. Then choose files you like to combine and follow procedures.

How to outline your fonts in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator?
Select your text box. Under Type menu select Create Outlines.
